How long it takes

Estimated shipping is 2 to 7 days for US orders. International orders can take longer. Your cart shows the carrier’s own estimate for your country before you pay. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Cost

Shipping is charged separately and shown in your cart before you pay. Choose your delivery country there and the exact rate appears. It is the carrier rate we are quoted, passed straight on, with nothing added.

The rate depends on the destination country and on how much is in the order, so several items ship for less than they would separately.

Where we ship

We ship to 38 countries: the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and South Korea. If your country is not on the list in the cart, we cannot yet get it to you reliably.

International orders may attract customs duty or import VAT on arrival. That is set by your country and is not something we collect or control.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, tell us. Get in touch and we will chase the carrier.
